At 5:30 in the morning at sunrise I go and look for the cattle, milk them, make cheese, wash everything. Cheese cellar, clean and look after all the cheese. In the afternoon I make wood, look for calves in the mountain, muck out, make hay, make butter, everything there is. Then milk again in the evening. The different moods with the weather and experiences with the cattle are really special and carry you through the day. It has everything. A thousand emotions in one day.
In the evening I go up to the summit - the last rays of sun of the day are caught in the rising clouds. An indescribable gift from nature.
